Our historic building, located between 6th and 7th on SE Alder,
was built in 1925 and offers two elegant ballrooms that provide the
perfect setting for any party.
The Grand Ballroom is 6000 square feet in
size, and features a large theatrical stage,
providing a perfect focal point
for your occasion. The 3500 square foot original maple
floor offers your guests the opportunity to dance the night away.
This ballroom comfortably seats 500 people and can accommodate a
total of 800 guests. With its ornate 30 foot
ceilings, crystal chandeliers and cove lighting, this room is the
setting for a truly grand occasion.
A distinct alternative for those looking for a more intimate atmosphere, our downstairs ballroom offers the "speakeasy" feel of the big band era. A 1200 square foot lounge offers ample room for organizational activities, buffet service, or guest mingling, and opens to a connected 3000 square foot ballroom, with comfortable seating for up to 250 guests.
