The
rental fee is required in advance as a
deposit to reserve the room. The deposit is considered
nonrefundable in the event of cancellation, unless the space can be
rebooked. The balance is due in full the night of the
event.
Rental reserves the room for you from 9:00 a.m on the day of the event
for set-up and decorating. The event itself is limited to four
hours; additional time will be charged at a rate of $300
per hour.
